A: We recognized the opportunity to create a searchable database for advanced UCC research. The website can be utilized to improve our customer's prospecting and marketing activities.
Q: How do I find out if a UCC listing has been amended or terminated?
A: Click on the underlined UCC document number in the left hand column. A list of all related UCC-3's will be appear.
Q: Can I research UCC's that were filed prior to 2010?
A: Yes, You can research older UCC's in the "Search by Document Number" option. There are no images available for UCC's before 2010, however, all debtor and secured party information is available as well as all related UCC-3's.
Q: Can I download the search results?
A: Contrary to our initial intentions, the search results will not be downloadable. The download option created serious security risks to our data. Because we allow unlimited users, anyone who needs the data can access to it.
Q: My employer has a subscription to Nashville, but I am located in Knoxville, Can I have access to Nashville database?
A: Yes, as long as your employer is paying for the Nashville subscription, any employee can access the Nashville data, regardless of their office location. Contact us if you would like access to another county.
